File of the property to consult all the information about it
Betterplace combines all the real estate portals in one place, which gives you the advantage of knowing all the information about the properties before you call and prepare the best acquisition strategy. This information is collected in the property file:
1) Access the list of advertisements
From the functionalities bar on the left, select Property Search --> Search/Draw to display in the right panel the real estate offer in the area you are interested in.
2) Open the property file
Clicking on the advert opens a new tab with full information about the property to help you prepare for the first call.
The file is made up of several sections so that you have everything you need to know before the call:
- Main photo gallery
- Detailed property features and action buttons
- Property listings and duplicates
- Changes over time
- Map showing the location of the property
3) Get the contact
From the third section, get the advertiser's contact details by clicking on the photo or title for any of the publications. In the advertisement it is specified if is:
- Advertised by owner or agency
- Still active or it's been withdrawn
- Has different prices for the same property
- Advertised simultaneously on several portals
4) Review the history
Use this information to prepare the contact call to the advertiser as it shows any changes to the property since its original publication.
- Publishing dates for each real estate portal
- Dates on which each of these advertisements has been removed from the market
- Dates on which the price has changed, either upward or downward.
- In addition to the portal, the type of advertiser is indicated: Owner or Agency.
5) Actions available
Now that you have all the essential information, you can carry out different actions from the file itself in order to complete the acquisition:
- Save the property as a Favourite and get alerts when there are any changes to the listing. This way you can be sure to keep track of the property.
- Download the PDF file to share with potential buyers or interested parties. It is fully customised with your agency details
- Add a task to schedule a follow-up and organise the entire acquisition process.
- Valuate quickly in 1 click using all the data indicated in the advert to quickly find out if it is at an interesting price.
- Prepare an acquisition report that you can deliver at the first contact.
