Can I attach notes or tasks to advertisements?

To organise the follow-up of the properties in which you are interested and to be able to consult the annotations that you have associated with them, you can create tasks for each advertisement..

1) Create a task

Once you have consulted the file of the property, you will see an icon below the characteristics. You only need to click on the "Task" button.

Another option is to do it directly from the search tool, once you are in the list of properties. You will see that in each one you have the "Task" button available.

You have the possibility to choose which user to assign it to, the date the task is to be carried out and also to enter a title to identify the task and any necessary comments.

(💡) From the advertisements list, you can quickly identify which properties have a task/notation created by you or another colleague and click to see the entire tracking history.
                                        (no task)      (task associated)

2) Check your tasks

From the toolbar on the left, select My Tasks to access all your tasks and view them in two ways

The first thing you will see is your calendar with all your scheduled tasks, so you can quickly organize your day.

You have the option of:
  1. Change the display mode of created tasks
  2. Synchronize with your Google calendar
  3. Change the date
  4. Review created tasks by clicking on them

Change the display mode, to see the tasks listed in detail.

From the list you have the possibility to:

  1. Search for a specific task by name or date
  2. Change the list of Pending/Sent/Completed tasks
  3. Perform actions on several of them at the same time
  4. Select one or more
  5. Open the link to the property the task refers to
  6. Perform individual actions:
    1. Complete the current task
    2. Edit details
    3. View the history of completed tasks
    4. Remove the task from the list

3) Manage all your tasks

Each task has its own dashboard with 4 sections to monitor in detail:
  • Comlpete a task and it automatically suggests you to create a new one to continue with the follow-up or to finish it.

  • Edit the task to change the notes, add additional information, change its scheduled time, or even assign it to another user in your account to take over from there..
  • History will show you all the actions that have been done on that property and you can also download the information..
  • Delete the task when you don't need it

(💡) Mark as Favourite () any property on which you create a task to automatically find out about any changes that occur with them.
