Betterplace allows you to present reports of properties that you do not have in your portfolio with your details, logo and corporate colour to interested buyers.

Once you have their interest in one of them, it will be easier to close an exclusive contract with the owner or  a partnership agreement if the property is in the hands of another real estate agent.

1) Search properties by characteristics

Once you have selected the area where you are interested in searching, you can filter to display only those ads that meet your buyer's requirements.

2) Consult the file of the property

Click on the ad you are interested in to access the digital file with the characteristics of the property and photos.  Convert this file into a PDF that you can give to interested parties by clicking on the "Download file" button.

3) Configure your report 

In addition to being automatically generated with your brand's logo and corporate colour, you can customise all the information to be displayed:

• Select language.

• Add the customer´s name and surname.

• Chose facts to show or hide depending on your interest:

  • Price

  • Address

  • Time in the market for surrounding dwellings

  • Characteristics of the zone

• Incorporate the history of the property to show the previous study you have carried out of it

• (Optional 1): Add comments and highlight the most relevant features

• (Optional 2): Add PDF files as aditional information

• Valuation report, calculate the value of the property
• Market research, behaviour and trends of an area 
• Recruitment report, convince private owners in the first contact
