How do accquire customers on an exclusive basis?

Cross-referencing information from all real estate portals will allow you to differentiate those owners who do not yet work with any real estate agency from those who do, increasing your chances of getting the exclusive before another agency.


1) Choose the area to look for customers

As always, choose the area in which you are interested in attracting new clients through any of the options: Use the search engine by province or municipality, draw a personalised area to attract new clients or consult a previously saved area to see all the real estate on offer.




In the list of properties that is displayed, change the advertiser type tab to consult only the advertisements of private individuals.



2) Exclude collaborators with agencies

Of all the individuals, exclude those who are already collaborating with an agency. Click on the Filters button and at the end of the options activate the "Exclude Ads" button.




Apply the filters and return to the list to see only those individuals trying to sell on their own and who can become exclusive.


(💡) Remember:  Conduct a market study research of the area to see the most demanded characteristics and apply them as a requirement in the filters to identify the most potential properties.
