By having access to all the real estate offer in one place you can filter and consult the properties you are most interested in, either because you know they are most in demand or because you are looking for specific characteristics.

1) Choose the main tags

By default only the properties published for sale will be shown. You can specify the results with the following 3 options: 

1. Typology of the property: (Housing includes flat, house, studio, penthouse and duplex)

2. Announcer: Split real estate agencies and FSBO 
3. Kind of offer: See what is for sale, for rent or has been withdrawn from the market.

2) Apply specific filters

The results that appear can be narrowed down with all sorts of details. Start by activating the filter option:

1. Range of price (Choose or write quantities in €)

2. Range of surface (Choose or write quantities in m2) 

3. Advertisement status (Select between already seen or pending) 

4. Time on market (multiple selections available to query by seniority) 

5. Source (Select one or more real estate portals to consult) 

6. Condition (Choose either one or more options)

7. Characteristic checks

Click on APPLY FILTERS and you will return to the list where only the properties that meet all the filters in the selected area will be shown. Changing to another area keeps the filters active until you indicate the opposite.
