On Betterplace you can search for any advertisement published on the main real estate portals quickly and easily.

1) Look for a specific advertisement

From the functionalities bar on the left, select Acquisition-> Listing to search for a property by simply entering the url of the advert.

2) Performs different actions

Once located, you can:

1- Go to the file of the property by clicking on the title or the picture
2-Save it as Favorite
3- Download the property file for an interested buyer customer
4- Download an acquisition report to try to add it to your portfolio
5- Valuing the property to obtain its market price

6- Create a task to organize a follow-up 

• How to find out about any changes to an advertised property
• Present properties you do not have in your portfolio to interested buyers.
