Add your property sales data to Betterplace to have it available for valuations. On the one hand, it will help you to show the control you have in the area and on the other hand, you will have even more options when making your valuations.

1) Access the closures module.

From the functionality bar on the left, select Closures--> Upload. If you have no previously uploaded data, you will see the following message

2) Select a file and name it

Click on the "Browse" button and choose a file in Excel or CSV format on your computer to upload. Then click next.

You will be asked to choose a name for the list in Betterplace so that it is easy to recognise. Enter a title and click next.

3) Assign columns to each value

In this step you must indicate the name of each of the columns in your file with the fields we need. Simply click on the dropdown below each field and choose the corresponding option in your table. Once ready, click next to finish.

4) Manage your closures from your dashboard

• • Name of the file
  • Number of dwellings
  • User who uploaded it
