How do I change my company details?
We know how important it is to give value to your own brand so you can include all your agency details in your reports, with logo and even the corporate colour to match
1) Access your account settings
From the functionality bar on the left, select My Account --> Company to view all your agency information..
2) Modify your agency's logo
Send us your logo through the chat in the application or by email to info@betterplaceapp.com so that we can include it in your account.
To add value to your brand, the logo will be displayed on the front cover, back cover and header of each page when you prepare a report.
3) Agency contact details
When finalising the reports you prepare, the following agency details are included:
Real estate agency name
Office´s telephone number
Contact e-mail
Agency website
Office´s address
Corporative color highlighted in the reports.
Do no forget to click on "Save" to keep all the changes.
4) Extra information about the company
On the left, switch to the "EXTRA INFO REPORT" tab to include additional pages to your reports that show more information about your agency. In the selector choose the language you want to edit and fill in the field.
On the one hand, add an additional page with text where you can show the trajectory of your company or the work methodology you use. Give it the format you like the most
In the panel next to it, upload one or more PDF files that will appear as additional pages in all the reports you make. Include photos, images and anything else you need.
When you are done, save your changes and if you are not happy, you can always restore the last saved template.
