How do I manage the status of my subscription?
You can make changes to your licence whenever you need to. Whether it's modifying the plan, changing the payment method or cancelling the service.

1) Check its current status

From the functionality bar on the left, select My Account --> Subscription.



In the first information box you will see the date you started the service, the type of licence with the number of users included and the cost of both the licence and the additional user in case you need more. Also indicated is the date of the next invoice and the payment method in which the charge will be made..


(💡) You can change the card number where the charge will be made here:     



2) Change your plan

  1. Click on Change plan
  2. Choose the new plan you are interested in
  3. Confirm the change and enjoy it immediately.

3) How do I terminate the service?

Cancelling your subscription deactivates the next renewal, but you will keep access for the rest of the month. Click on the button and indicate the reason.
